Volunteer Opportunities
Main Street Community Center relies on hundreds of volunteers to execute programs throughout the year. If you are interested in volunteering in the community, Main Street Community Center welcomes you! Whether you are wanting a set volunteer day & time – or you wish to sign up for opportunities as you are available – we have a spot for you!

You may also fill out the application and background check release forms below. Take your filled out background check release form to the Edwardsville Public Safety Building, (333 S. Main St., Edwardsville, IL 62025) and pay $10 for the background check. If the background check is clear, we will reimburse the $10. You must bring the letter from the City and the receipt to get reimbursement.
Volunteers Needed!
The Main Street Community Center is seeking volunteers to help deliver meals to seniors and disabled adults on the Purple Route every Wednesday. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in your community and provide a vital service to those in need. If you have a few hours to spare on Wednesdays, please consider joining our team of dedicated volunteers. Your time and effort will be greatly appreciated by the recipients of these meals.
